Compliance Policy

The Company is committed to operating its business in an honest, ethical, and legal manner. The Company also endeavors to be a good corporate citizen and to act ethically in its dealings with vendors, referral sources, competitors, and others. To formalize its commitment to compliance, the Company has adopted a Compliance Program, assigned a Compliance Officer to oversee the program, and formed a Compliance Committee to assist in evaluating compliance issues.

We expect all employees to contribute to this culture of compliance by recognizing and doing "the right thing." Continuous education of the Compliance Program will be provided throughout your employment.

Code of Conduct

As part of its compliance program, the Company has adopted the following Code of Conduct for its organization, employees, agents, and contractors:

Follow Our Policies. The Company is required to abide by a large number of laws and regulations because of the nature of the services that we provide. The Company can face serious consequences for failure to abide by the law. Therefore, the Company expects that all policies will be followed.

Do the Right Thing. While the right thing is not always the easy thing, you most likely know what it is without having to be told. The Company expects that its employees will work hard and diligently on behalf of The Company and perform to the best of their abilities. The Company also expects its employees to be honest, trustworthy, and respectful.

Follow the Golden Rule. Treat others as you would want them to treat you. Treat others with respect and dignity. Never harm another person, or allow them to be harmed while they are in your care.

Employees are expected to act as a "neighborhood watch" for the Compliance Program. Therefore, if you observe any conduct that you suspect may be a violation of the Code of Conduct, you are required to report that conduct to your immediate supervisor or use any of the available communication methods listed here:
